How to practise
You need only 20 minutes a day of sit-down practice to make progress. No need to sit for hours in front of a screen. Listen and repeat your exercises while driving, cooking or walking the dog. Perfect for busy people who can make use of these ‘free’ hours of practise time.
Every time you speak to another person, you have a perfect practise opportunity! Put on your new ‘speech hat’ and aim to apply what you have learnt. It is the best way to get comfortable using your skills in fluent conversation. You will discover that talking with others feels very different to saying exercise sentences on your own. So, be brave and give it a go. You will soon get used to the new (and much better!) way you sound.
